These terms are between you and Metamorphosis Collective ("Metamorphosis," "we," "us," or "our"), a Washington nonprofit corporation located at 522 W Riverside Ave #5561, Spokane, WA 99201. We are the provider of the faith-based coaching, ministerial support, community, and content offered at joinmetamorphosis.com and related pages. You can reach us any time at info@joinmetamorphosis.com.
By purchasing a membership, registering for a program, ticking a box indicating your agreement, or otherwise using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you accept these terms on your own behalf. If you are paying on behalf of someone else, you are responsible for that person's compliance with these terms.
The Continuum is a faith-based coaching and ministerial support membership for women who have completed our core program. Your membership includes four live group coaching calls each month (coaching and Q&A with our founders and Bible study with a member of our team), a private WhatsApp announcement channel with updates along the way, and full access to our recording and replay library from the 12-Week Program and The Continuum. The specific features are described on the offer page at the time you enroll. The Continuum is faith-based coaching and ministerial support. It is not medical care, psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, or counseling by a licensed clinician, and it is not a substitute for professional care. We may improve, adjust, or substitute leaders, formats, session times, or features from time to time while keeping the overall value of your membership intact.
We do not promise or guarantee any particular result, outcome, healing, recovery, sobriety, or change. Personal growth varies from person to person, and nothing on our pages, in our marketing, or in these terms is a guarantee or warranty of any outcome.
The Continuum is offered to adult women, 18 years of age or older, who have completed our core program. As a faith-based ministry program, it is intentionally designed for women, and by enrolling you acknowledge and accept that women-only design. We may decline or end any enrollment at our discretion, including for conduct that harms the community or for the safety reasons described in the Program Agreement.
The Continuum Season runs for three months. We anticipate the first call on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, and enrollment closes Saturday, August 1, 2026 at 7:00 PM Central. The season begins only if a minimum number of participants enroll. If we do not reach that minimum and the season does not run, we will, at your choice, refund your payment in full or apply it to a future offering. This is the only circumstance in which a refund is provided.
Current prices and plans are shown on the offer page at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider, Stripe. By providing your payment details you authorize the charges for the plan you select.
You are responsible for keeping your payment method current. Failed or missed payments may result in suspension of access until your balance is resolved, and your payment obligations are independent of your participation or use of the program.
Renewal and cancellation. The monthly option renews automatically each month. After your three-month minimum commitment is complete, your monthly membership continues month to month until you cancel. You may cancel at any time after the minimum by emailing info@joinmetamorphosis.com, or through the customer portal if one is provided to you. Cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for, and you keep access through that period. Cancelling does not refund payments already made, and cancelling before your three-month minimum is complete does not end your obligation to pay the full three months. The paid-in-full option is a single payment for a fixed three-month season and does not renew.
All sales are final and we do not offer refunds, except where required by law or in the single circumstance described in Section 6 (the program not running because the minimum was not met). Choosing not to attend or participate, being paused or removed, or changing your mind does not entitle you to a refund. If you enroll in a monthly plan, your three-month commitment remains payable in full. If you are facing a genuine hardship, you are welcome to contact us at info@joinmetamorphosis.com and we will do our best to find a compassionate path forward, though we are not obligated to provide a refund.
You agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for services or access you have actually ordered or received. If a payment is reversed, you remain responsible for the underlying balance and for any related processor assessments, collection costs, and reasonable legal fees we are permitted to recover.
The Continuum involves honest emotional and spiritual work. Participation is voluntary, and to the fullest extent permitted by law you assume the risks of participation, including emotional distress. If you have any medical or mental-health condition, are pregnant, or have any concern, consult a qualified healthcare professional before taking part. The Continuum is not an emergency, crisis, or suicide-prevention service. If you are in immediate danger or may harm yourself or someone else, call your local emergency number (911 in the United States) or go to the nearest emergency room. Because we are a faith-based coaching program and not a clinical or crisis service, we may pause or remove a participant who is experiencing active suicidal ideation or certain conditions that require professional care, and such a participant may return only with written clearance from a licensed health professional. A pause or removal does not entitle you to a refund. We do not provide, recommend, or dispense any medications, supplements, or detox products; all such decisions remain between you and your own licensed providers.
Our live sessions may be recorded, and those recordings may capture your name, image, voice, and chat contributions. You consent to being recorded as a condition of participating, and you grant us permission to use recordings internally and to provide replays to members. We may also use excerpts or clips from sessions in our content and marketing; when we do, we blur or obscure your face and remove or obscure your name so that you are not personally identifiable, and these terms are your notice that this may occur. We will not publish a recording that identifies you publicly without your separate written permission.
Our community is a safe, faith-centered space. By participating, you agree to treat leaders and members with respect, to keep what others share confidential, and not to harass, demean, solicit, or disrupt. We may remove content or remove a member who violates this standard or the boundaries of the program. If you are removed for conduct, we reserve the right to provide no refund.
All calls, recordings, teachings, workbooks, frameworks, and other materials are the intellectual property of Metamorphosis Collective and are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not record, screenshot, transcribe, capture by any artificial-intelligence tool, copy, share, sell, or distribute our content or peer content, or share your access with others, without our written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Metamorphosis Collective, its leaders, and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in or inability to use our programs, and our total liability for any claim relating to our services will not exceed one hundred United States dollars (US $100) in the aggregate, except where such a limitation is prohibited by law. You participate voluntarily and assume responsibility for your own choices and wellbeing.
When you enroll in The Continuum, you sign the Metamorphosis Continuum Program Agreement. That Agreement is the controlling contract for your enrollment and includes additional terms, including assumption of risk, release of liability, the medical-clearance and pause terms, and a binding arbitration provision with a jury-trial waiver. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Program Agreement, the Program Agreement controls for enrolled members.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute arises, we ask that you first contact us at info@joinmetamorphosis.com so we can try to resolve it informally and in good faith. Disputes relating to enrollment are subject to the binding arbitration provision in the Metamorphosis Continuum Program Agreement.
We may update these terms from time to time. Each version carries a version number and effective date, shown at the top of this page. When we make a material change we publish a new version with a new effective date and keep prior versions on file, so the version you agreed to at checkout remains the version that governs your purchase. Continued participation after a new version takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
Your typed name, your checkbox, an electronic signature, or your act of payment or participation is a valid and binding acceptance of these terms, with the same effect as a handwritten signature.
